Caulking Stained and
Damaged
Aluminum Panels and Aluminum Window Frames

Condition: The
aluminum building facade panels, aluminum window frames and aluminum
column cladding were silicone stained by
old, degraded, deteriorated
and leeching caulking. The original Duranodic panels were discolored,
uneven, faded and did not match the new /
clean aluminum stair-tower panels. The aged, faded and
weathered original aluminum panels and aluminum window frames
with the silicone caulking staining damage were in need of cleaning,
repair and restoration.
The Solution: To
achieve the desired result this project required our aluminum
construction cleaning and our aluminum restoration refinishing
system. With these aluminum restoration systems we were able to clean
and repair
the staining damage without damaging the aluminum siding panels during
the aluminum restoration
process. We exceeded ownership's expectations as the new
clean stair-tower aluminum panels match the clean and refinished
original aluminum siding panels.
