and oxidized from exposure. Until management worked with us, they
could not find anyone to clean and restore the anodized
aluminum building facade metal panels. |

original building facade painted aluminum factory finish on the

building had reached the end of its service life. The owner could
paint the building at great expense or clean and restore the original
painted

for the cleaning, repair and restoration of the anodized aluminum

Houston, Texas was
oxidized, bleached and stained. ADP, Inc. wanted to clean, maintain and
protect the exterior anodized aluminum building facade panel system.

Condition: The
exterior building facade metal panels and mullions on this commercial
building were
stained,
faded, dull and oxidized. The Houston, TX environment of heat,
humidity and U.V. exposure had caused the panels to bleach
considerably. They were no longer clean.

The Solution: The
exterior of this building was specified and restored with our exterior
anodized aluminum cleaning and refinishing system. The
anodized aluminum was restoration cleaned and the metal panels were
coated with
the specified
clear protective coating. |

on-site field evaluation was arranged where a survey of the anodized
aluminum was performed. After extensive testing we were

Condition:
The exterior clear anodized
aluminum clad building facade panels, anodized aluminum window frames
and anodized aluminum entrance doors on this building in Toronto, ON
were faded, stained, dull and oxidized. The anodized aluminum building
looked dirty, discolored, streaked and was showing its age. For
long-term integrity considerations the owners requested that we clean,
repair and restore the damaged, bleached and scratched natural colored
anodized aluminum clad paneling and anodized aluminum window frames.

Condition: The
painted metal building facade siding panels were oxidized, chalked,
faded and bleached. The paint finish lost the original color, sheen,
luster and gloss. The paint surface looked old, dull and aged.
Ownership wanted the painted aluminum siding panels to look new again.
As well the painted panels had to be protected from the sun, wear and
tear, u.v. exposure, pollutants and contaminants. They wanted the
building facade panels clean, repaired and protected.

The Solution: The
anodized aluminum building facade cleaning and anodized aluminum
restoration posed many challenges. We could not clean the anodized
aluminum or work on the building during regular business hours as we
would obstruct the main entrance. The anodized aluminum building facade
panels were restored over a long weekend to "like new". Our anodized
aluminum oxidation and scratch removal, anodized aluminum restoration
and anodized aluminum clear protective coating programs left the
anodized aluminum cladding clean, restored and protected.

The Solution: We
were contracted to clean, refurbish and recondition the painted
aluminum building facade siding panels as they were severely oxidized
and faded. We had to clean, repair and restore the painted finish
without causing any more damage to the painted aluminum metal panels.

Condition:
The clear anodized aluminum
Alucobond panels on this commercial building in Waco, Texas were
painted after they were installed on the building. The paint coating on
the anodized aluminum was peeling and the old, brittle, flaking paint
had to be removed. The owners wanted the anodized aluminum panels to be
restored to the original luster of new anodized aluminum. If the
anodized aluminum was not coated once it was clean and refurbished the
anodized aluminum would bleach, stain, acid etch and oxidize. To
maintain the integrity of the Alucobond anodic finish ownership
requested the anodized aluminum building facade siding panels be coated
and protected with the York Property Company anodized aluminum
protective coating.

Condition: The
exterior stainless steel metal storefront, stainless steel window
frames and stainless steel siding panels on the Adidas, USA building
facade were stained, rusting, oxidized and bleached from years of
exposure to damaging elements and a lack of routine maintenance
washing. The unsightly damage to the stainless steel panels required
our stainless steel metal refinishing expertise and stainless steel
rust removal program. Our client wanted the caulking and silicone
stained stainless steel repaired, clean and rust free for many years to
come.

The Solution: To
refurbish and recondition the old, faded and contaminated anodized
aluminum we had to strip the paint off the anodized aluminum finish
without damaging the anodic layer. Removing the paint was time
consuming and required our skill, expertise and experience as anodized
aluminum restoration specialists. If the Alucobond panels were acid
etched or scratched the anodized aluminum would have to be painted
again. The anodized aluminum reconditioning program got the paint off
of the panels safely and refurbished the anodized aluminum color and
finish. The anodized aluminum protective coating enhanced the sheen
while protecting the anodized aluminum from the sun, mineral deposits,
calcium stains and caustic airborne contaminants.

The Solution: Cleaning
and repairing the damaged stainless steel panels required our years of
stainless steel refinishing and restoration experience. As stainless
steel cleaning and restoration specialists we cleaned and restored the
stainless steel building facade cladding panels with our stainless
steel restoration cleaning, rust and scratch removal systems. This made
the dirty, dull, rusting, faded and corroded building shine. The rust,
staining, pitting, corrosion and oxidation was carefully removed as to
not further damage the satin stainless steel finish on the stainless
steel building facade panels and stainless steel storefront window
frames. |
