Condition: The
painted metal window frames and painted metal cladding panels on this
Panasonic Corp. owner occupied
location were stained, dull, aged, faded, oxidized and discolored. The
painted metal finish looked worn, chalked, old
and weathered. Ownership
wanted the painted metal window frames and painted metal siding panels
to look new again. As well, the painted metal building had to be
protected from acid rain, sun damage and pollutants. The paint will
need to withstand mineral deposits, u.v. exposure, pollutants, hard
water stains and contaminants.

Condition: This
anodized aluminum clad owner occupied commercial building in Houston,
TX was severely bleached, sun faded
and oxidized from exposure to diesel exhaust, industrial pollution,
corrosive acid rain, ultraviolet exposure and a lack of routine
washing. Until
management worked with us, they
could not find anyone to clean, refinish or restore the damaged anodized
aluminum building facade metal panels. The building was for sale
and the anodized aluminum siding panels needed to be refurbished. The
anodized color was bleached and the anodized metal sheen was dull.

The Solution: For long-term
integrity considerations ownership requested the painted metal paint
finish be clean, refinished, restored and protected from damage. The
painted metal building facade window frames and painted metal panels
were restoration cleaned, refurbished and reconditioned then coated
with our spray applied lacquer. The lacquer will protect the painted
metal finish from deterioration and degradation. The paint finish
is
now renewed, rejuvenated and refinished with the original color, sheen
and gloss. The painted metal is protected from sun damage, corrosion,
pitting, oxidation, weathering, airborne and waterborne contaminants.

The Solution: A
York Property Company Technical Advisor assisted management with the
anodized aluminum surface damage analysis and the correct cleaning and
refinishing specification
for the cleaning, repair, renovation and restoration of the anodized
aluminum
building facade metal panels. We refurbished, reconditioned and
restored the anodized aluminum cladding as if it had not been stained,
blemished or damaged. The corrosion, oxidation and airborne particulate
is gone and the anodized aluminum finish is renewed and clean. The
anodized aluminum is now protected from automobile exhaust, weathering,
sun and u.v. exposure, acid rain and pollution.

Condition:
The service life of the painted
aluminum curtain wall panels, balcony railings, sliding doors, ground
floor storefront window frames and entrance doors on this thirty-seven
storey luxury residential condominium
curtain wall had expired. The painted aluminum finish was chalked,
faded, stained and oxidized. We were contracted to clean, repair and
restore the degraded and pitted exterior painted aluminum curtain wall,
balcony and ground floor extrusions.

Condition: The
exterior anodized aluminum building facade metal panels, doors and
window frames on this industrial building were
stained,
faded, dull and oxidized. The Houston, TX environment of heat,
humidity, sun and u.v. exposure had caused the panels to bleach
considerably. The panels, window frames and doors looked dirty, aged
and no longer clean. Facility management requested that the anodized
aluminum be cleaned, refurbished and protected from further damage.

The Solution: To
restore the faded painted aluminum curtain wall our faded paint
restoration system was specified to maintain the appearance and protect
the paint from further damage. The
execution of the painted aluminum curtain
wall restoration project was
complex. As a residence to hundreds of condominium owners we had to be
sensitive to their privacy. Curtain wall cleaning and refinishing
working hours were tailored to not disturb the occupants. |

The Solution: The
exterior anodized aluminum building components were cleaned, repaired
and restored with our exterior anodized aluminum cleaning and
refinishing system. The anodized aluminum was restoration cleaned and
the metal panels were coated with the specified clear protective
coating. With the anodized aluminum surfaces now clean, the coating
will preserve and protect the anodic layer from airborne and waterborne
contaminants, sun and u.v. exposure and all around general corrosive
weathering.

Condition: At
the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, NJ new stainless steel statues
were installed in the pool / spa area. The constant temperature
of 90 degrees, chemicals and the high humidity of the corrosive
environment had
the stainless steel statues rusting and pitting in
a few months. The rusting and pitted stainless steel metal finish was
completely corroded, unacceptable and an eyesore. The stainless steel
required,
grinding, stripping and resurfacing.

Condition: The
painted metal building facade siding panels were oxidized, chalked,
faded and
bleached. The paint finish lost the original color, sheen, luster and
gloss. The paint surface looked old, dull and aged. Ownership wanted
the painted aluminum siding panels to look new again. As well the
painted panels had to be protected from the sun, wear and tear, u.v.
exposure, pollutants and contaminants. They wanted the building facade
panels clean, repaired and
protected. |

The Solution: We
were contracted to clean, repair and refinish the rust and corrosion
damaged stainless steel finish. We renewed and refurbished the
stainless steel metal finish using our
exterior
stainless steel reconditioning and refinishing system. The stainless
steel refinishing removed all of the contaminants, rust, pitting,
stains and oxidation. Our clear protective coating application will
stop corrosion damage, rust and pitting from occurring on the surface
of the stainless steel. |

The Solution: We
were contracted to clean, refurbish and recondition the painted
aluminum building facade
siding panels as they were severely oxidized and faded. We had to
clean, repair and restore
the painted finish without causing any more damage to the painted
aluminum metal
panels. Our faded
paint reconditioning and restoration system returned the painted
aluminum clad siding panels
to as good as new and now protects the paint from weathering and
caustic elements.

Condition: The
corrugated aluminum siding on this historical retail building in San
Mateo, CA was
stained, weathered and severely oxidized from decades of exposure to
the
California sun. The aluminum siding panels were acid etched, bleached
and the finish was uneven. The aluminum color and sheen was faded. The
building owner required our expertise to
clean, repair, renew and restore the aluminum building siding panels.

Condition: The
stainless steel window frames and stainless steel doors on this new
Jupiter Island, Florida oceanfront residence are continually exposed to
the sun, humidity, heat, salt water mist and corrosive salt air. All of
these acidic and caustic elements are a recipe for rust, oxidation and
corrosion. The owners wanted a stainless steel cleaning, washing and
maintenance specification to keep the stainless steel window frames and
stainless steel doors from staining, pitting and rusting.

The Solution: Working
with the owner and an architect our Technical Consulting Division
specified an aluminum siding cleaning, refinishing and preservation
solution. Ownership wanted the aluminum siding refurbished and the
factory finish gloss and luster returned to the aluminum panels. We
cleaned, repaired, resurfaced and restored the
oxidized aluminum siding and spray applied a lacquer coating to protect
the aluminum siding from corrosion, salt air, u.v. damage, pollutants,
weathering and contaminants. |

The Solution: They
required that the stainless steel clad finishes continually look new,
clean and rust free. As stainless steel rust removal, stainless steel
cleaning and stainless steel restoration specialists we specified the
correct cleaning methods and materials to enable the on-site
maintenance staff to keep the exterior stainless steel window frames
and stainless steel doors clean, protected, stain and rust free from
the caustic environmental elements, salt air, waterborne and airborne
pollutants and contaminants associated with an oceanfront residence.

Condition:
The exterior anodized aluminum
window frames, anodized aluminum entrance doors and painted aluminum
flashing was oxidized, pitted,
stained, corroded and
chemically etched. The dark bronze anodized aluminum horizontal window
frames were so oxidized the anodic layer had worn off and the aluminum
substrate was exposed. The contaminated condition of the window frames
made the building look weathered. For long-term preservation the owners
required
the anodized aluminum be clean, restored, painted and protected.

Condition: The
painted aluminum
curtain wall extrusions and painted aluminum Alucobond metal panels on
this
eleven storey Class "A" commercial building were severely chalked and
oxidized. There were new commercial buildings in the area and
management did not want to lose a competitive advantage with a
weathered, dull, hard water and mineral stained building. The original
color, sheen and luster was faded. Management decided for tenant
retention and aesthetic considerations to
clean, refurbish and restore the curtain wall faded paint. |

The Solution: To
remove the corrosive contaminants and refurbish the damaged anodized
aluminum we used two different
anodized aluminum metal refinishing
systems. We mechanically got the corrosion off and then restoration
cleaned the stained, aged, dull and faded anodized aluminum doors,
metal window frames
and
vertical window
mullions. The anodized aluminum window frames and painted metal
flashing that could not be refurbished or restored were painted to
match the color, gloss and sheen of the restored and reconditioned
anodized aluminum window frames. |

The Solution: To
clean, refurbish, rejuvenate and restore the curtain wall oxidized
painted aluminum and faded paint we
installed our faded paint resurfacing and restoration system. We had to
get the corrosion, oxidation and faded paint pigment off of the painted
aluminum surfaces while protecting the paint finish. The spray applied
lacquer renewed the paint gloss to factory specifications. The painted
aluminum
metal curtain wall extrusions and Alucobond metal panels were
refurbished to
a
protected condition with the original sheen and luster. After
restoration, the painted aluminum looked new.
