CASE STUDY 78 - Pitting, Oxidized and Faded Painted Aluminum Window Mullion Cleaning and Refinishing

Condition: The original factory finish paint coating on the white painted aluminum window frames, sliding doors and balcony railings on this luxury residential condominium had faded and discolored. The paint on the aluminum was oxidized, chalked and bleached. The condominium owners wanted the faded painted aluminum window frames, sliding doors and balcony railings painted to make them look new again. We informed them they did not need to paint when the paint finish could be refurbished and reconditioned.
