dark bronze anodized

metal window frames on this Greeley,
Colorado commercial
building were damaged, acid etched, corroded, oxidized and stained
during the mortar acid cleaning
process. The anodized aluminum new construction project was compromised
by the
concrete, cement and mortar etching, corrosion, damage and stains. |

Condition: The
anodized aluminum
storefront window frames and aluminum capped curtain wall window
mullions on
this Alachua, Florida
commercial
building were damaged, oxidized, acid etched and stained by stucco
overspray during the stucco application. The anodized aluminum whitish
beige stucco
residue, construction debris, oxidation damage, discoloration and
staining had to be
removed. |

The Solution: The
G.C. required that we repair the anodized aluminum damage and remove
the
anodized aluminum staining, etching, corrosion and oxidation. We
cleaned, repaired and restored
the new anodized aluminum curtain wall window mullions, anodized
aluminum doors and anodized aluminum window frames as
if they had
not been
damaged by the concrete and mortar overspray. The building facade
anodized aluminum
color, sheen and gloss looked new and clean when the
mortar and concrete contamination removal construction cleaning process
was complete. |

The Solution: The
general contractor requested that we use our anodized aluminum stucco
removal expertise to remove the stucco overspray, residue, particles
and debris
from the stained anodized aluminum window frames and mullions. We
applied our anodized aluminum stucco removal and construction cleaning
program to restore
the new building facade window mullion sections. Upon
completion, the anodized aluminum looked new, clean and free of any
oxidation, acid etching or stucco damage. |

Condition:
The clear anodized
aluminum storefront window
mullions, aluminum doors and aluminum window frames on this Miami,
Florida commercial strip
plaza were damaged, oxidized, scratched and stained during
construction.
The stucco contractor scratched the anodized aluminum when they were
removing
stucco overspray. When they tried to get the stucco off of the anodized
aluminum
they scratched the anodic aluminum surface finish. The anodized
aluminum new
construction project was compromised
by the
corrosive oxidation, scratches, acid etching and chemical stains. |

Condition: The
clear anodized aluminum storefront window frames
and doors on this Ft.
Myers, Florida strip mall were acid etched, blemished and stained
whitish gray with
lime contaminated debris, water and stucco overspray. Concrete, stucco
and mortar residue had splashed onto the unprotected anodized aluminum
surfaces. The anodized aluminum new construction project was
compromised by the concrete, stucco and lime residue, white splatter,
scarring, acid burns and blemishes. |

The general
contractor contracted us to clean, repair and restore the damaged and
scratched natural colored anodized aluminum window frames. We removed
the scratches and whitish gray stains on the new anodized aluminum
storefront window frame sections as if they had not been scratched or

Class "A" office building were acid etched when mortar and lime residue
leaked onto the unprotected anodized aluminum surface finishes. An
anodized aluminum construction cleaning contractor used an acid wash to
remove the white stains which further etched the anodic skin on the
aluminum.

oxide metal shavings and grinding dust had covered all of the anodized

Condition:
The clear
anodized
aluminum curtain wall window frames, balcony doors and mullion on this
Houston, Texas luxury condominium were stained, discolored and water
damaged during construction. The anodized aluminum metal curtain wall
system leaked allowing rain water to leach through the concrete floor
slab depositing lime, whitish calcium and acidic mineral deposits on
the anodized aluminum as the rain water dried on the interior metal
finishes. The oxidized anodized aluminum new construction window
frames, sliding doors and siding clad panels had to be cleaned,
repaired, refinished and restored to like new condition.

Condition: The
new clear anodized aluminum factory finish was stained and etched
during the renovation and restoration of this
Washington, DC landmark building. During construction concrete slurry,
mortar and cement
splashed on the anodized aluminum window frames and anodized aluminum
doors. The anodized finish was acid etched, corroded, scratched and
oxidized. The
G.C. requested that we get the concrete, cement and mortar overspray
stains off and get the acid etching out of the anodized surfaces. As

experts, our client had
confidence we could recondition, refinish and restore the anodized

The Solution:
The G.C.
required us
to remove the hard water stains, white calcium deposits, waterborne
contaminants and the acidic mineral deposit residue that had stained,
acid etched and oxidized the anodized aluminum metal surfaces. On-site
we got the dried on hard water stains and deposits off the anodized
finish. We refurbished, reconditioned and restored the water damaged
anodized aluminum curtain wall window frame and mullion extrusions as
if they had not been stained, blemished or damaged. The clear anodized
aluminum metal finishes looked renewed and clean when the repair,
renovation and restoration was complete.

The Solution: To
clean, repair, renew and protect the damaged anodized aluminum surfaces
we refurbished the anodized aluminum with our anodized aluminum
restoration cleaning and reconditioning system. We had to repair and
refinish the anodized aluminum without causing any more damage to the
anodized finish. Although
