| Condition: The
anodized aluminum canopy, storefront window frames and entrance doors
at the
entrance to this hospital
in Long Island, NY were stained, faded and corroded from age. Rain
water
did not rinse off the anodized aluminum on the underside of the metal
clad canopy. Airborne contaminants slowly built up on the underside of
the anodized aluminum canopy forming a corrosive layer. The Solution: Our client had tried power washing and steam cleaning. It didn't work. Removal of the staining, pollutants and the corrosive layer required our specialized services. With our restoration cleaning program the anodized aluminum was repaired removing the corrosive damage and staining. Now the bronze anodized aluminum is clean and protected from further environmental damage. |
