Condition: The

stained. Management decided for tenant and aesthetic considerations
that restoring the exterior curtain wall painted aluminum metal panels,

Condition: The

at this residential condominium had faded. The paint
pigment was sun damaged, oxidized, chalked and bleached. There was
chalky residue on the paint
finish. The rich paint color, satin sheen and luster had weathered. The
condition of the paint was not acceptable for the entrance of a luxury
condominium. The condominium owners
wanted the paint finish clean, renewed and restored. They did not want
us to paint over the old paint as the factory finish was sound. They
requested that we refurbish the faded paint, remove the chalky residue
and restore the underlying
paint pigment. |

doors on
this commercial building were dull, aged, faded, stained, discolored
and oxidized. The original paint color, sheen, luster and paint gloss
wore off the

clean, rejuvenate and protect the factory paint finish from further
deterioration,
we refurbished the painted aluminum
canopy surfaces original paint finish with our painted
aluminum restoration cleaning and reconditioning system. We had to get
the corrosion off of the sun damaged, weathered, dull, dingy,
deteriorated paint and remove the oxidation, staining and etching from
the chalky paint finish. The clean paint pigment was renewed and the
new color and sheen matched the original paint gloss. When
the old paint was refinished the painted
aluminum entrance canopy panels were clean
and restored to the original

floor storefront window frames and entrance doors on this thirty-seven
storey luxury residential condominium curtain wall had expired. The
painted aluminum finish was chalked,
faded, stained and oxidized. We were contracted to clean, repair and
restore the degraded and pitted exterior painted aluminum curtain wall,
balcony and ground floor extrusions. |
