Condition:  The exterior anodized aluminum metal windows, doors, frames and flashing was oxidized, pitted, stained, corroded and chemically etched. For long-term preservation the owners required the anodized aluminum be cleaned, restored and protected. The Solution:  To clean and restore the damaged anodized aluminum we used two different refinishing systems. The stained and faded anodized aluminum doors, frames and vertical window mullions were restored and the horizontal flashing was painted to match.
