Condition: The
degraded concrete upper and lower curtain wall was clad with new
painted
aluminum metal panels. The original aged and dull painted aluminum window
mullions did not
match the new, shiny, clean panels. Ownership
wanted the window mullions clean to match the new panels.

Condition: The
anodized aluminum
building facade on this owner occupied commercial building in
Houston, Texas was
oxidized, bleached and stained. ADP, Inc. wanted to clean, maintain and
protect the exterior anodized aluminum building facade panel system. |

The Solution: To make the
old, stained
and faded metal window mullions match the new exterior painted aluminum
panels we restored the original painted aluminum with our paint
restoration system. The clean window mullions now match the clean
panels.

exterior of this building was specified and restored with our exterior

Condition: The
stainless steel
metal panels on this newly built Pensacola,
Florida
oceanfront residence will be continually exposed to the sun and
salt. The owners wanted to have a maintenance specification to
keep the metal building facade panels looking new and clean.
|

Condition: The
painted aluminum exterior metal extrusions were oxidized, chalked,
faded and
stained. Management decided for tenant and aesthetic
considerations that restoring the painted metal on the exterior of the
building was
appropriate. They required the metal be clean and restored.
|

The Solution: As
stainless steel cleaning and restoration specialists we specified the
correct
cleaning methods and materials to enable the on-site maintenance staff
to keep the exterior stainless steel panels clean and protected from
the caustic
environmental elements.

The Solution: Using
our painted aluminum cleaning and paint restoration system the three
storey curtain wall was
transformed back to a protected condition with the original luster
and
sheen. This Class "A" building will look clean and new for many years
to
come. |

Condition: The
anodized aluminum window frames on this
Denville, NJ technical school were acid etched
when an addition was added to the building. The brick was
chemically cleaned with acid that flash oxidized the anodized aluminum
window mullions and door sections.

anodized aluminum window frames on this
building facade in Minneapolis,
MN
were acid etched by a contractor acid cleaning the brick above the
windows. The restoration cleaning material flash etched
all of the aluminum window frames and they were no longer clean.

The Solution: The
General Contractor retained us as an anodized aluminum construction
cleaning expert to clean and remedy this
situation. They had to return the anodized aluminum to the original
condition. This was achieved using our anodized
aluminum
construction cleaning restoration system.

Condition: The
building facade metal panel system on this
power plant in Gallatin, TN
was showing the
effects of the caustic environment. It was dull, faded, oxidized and
stained. Money was in the budget to have the metal building facade panels restoration
cleaned. |

Condition: The
anodized aluminum exhaust vent extrusions on this Washington Heights,
NY facility were damaged during a fire. The black staining and
contamination had to be removed from the exterior metal surfaces. The
only way to clean the metal was with our construction cleaning system.

The Solution: The
project required
an on-site field evaluation and analysis. Working
with the on-site maintenance personnel an anodized aluminum restoration
cleaning specification was prepared to
restoration clean the exterior anodized aluminum metal panel system.

The Solution: As
anodized aluminum restoration specialists we were retained to clean and
restore
the stained anodized aluminum without further damaging the anodized
aluminum surfaces. After the anodized
aluminum was restored it matched the
rest of the building and was clean of contamination.

Condition:
The exterior anodized aluminum building
facade panels on
this building in Toronto, ON were faded, stained,
dull and oxidized. For long-term integrity considerations the
owners required the anodized aluminum be clean, restored and protected.

Condition: The
exterior stainless steel columns on
the ATI Technologies Inc. building
were stained and rusting. The columns were in need of stainless
steel refinishing. Without stainless steel refinishing the exterior
stainless steel column covers would degrade
further.

The Solution: The
building facade cleaning and restoration posed many challenges. We
could not clean or work on the building
during regular business hours as we would obstruct the main
entrance. The anodized aluminum building facade was restored over a
long weekend
to "like new". |
|
The Solution: ATI
Technologies Inc. chose our stainless steel metal refinishing system as
the best course
of action. Over a weekend, to not interrupt building activity, we
restored the stainless steel column covers and spray
applied a clear protective coating.
