|
Condition: The
anodized aluminum curtain wall panels,
column covers and window mullions had
degraded from years of exposure. The anodized aluminum metal curtain
wall, ground floor storefront doors and window frames were chemically
damaged, dirty, faded and oxidized. The petroleum based window
gaskets had broken down leaching an oily residue on the surface
of the anodized aluminum. The new building owner wanted the building
clean,
restored and the black stains and oil residue removed. |

Condition: During
construction the anodized aluminum
storefront window frames and
mullions
on
this Venice Beach, CA condominium
were damaged by stucco overspray. The stucco residue stained, acid
etched and
oxidized the anodized aluminum. The architect and owner wanted the
stucco stains removed and the anodized
aluminum cleaned and repaired of surface damage corrosion. We were
asked how to
clean, refurbish and repair the damaged anodized aluminum.

|
The Solution: Before
we refurbished and restored the twenty-one storey anodized aluminum
commercial curtain wall system the old and degraded window gaskets were
replaced. Our anodized aluminum metal
refinishing expertise allowed our technicians to clean, repair and
restore the anodized
aluminum surface finishes. Our spray applied protective lacquer
coating sealed the pores of the anodic finish. The aluminum finish now
has the original sheen and luster and will for years
to
come.

The Solution: A
York Property Company Technical Advisor assisted the architect with the
anodized
aluminum stucco damage analysis and the correct specification
for the stucco removal. To get the stucco off of the Kawneer
Permanodic anodized aluminum finishes we implemented our anodized
aluminum stucco remover program
which enabled the anodized aluminum to be clean, refurbished and
repaired of
the staining, stucco residue and oxidation.

Condition: The
bronze anodized aluminum canopy, anodized aluminum storefront window
frames and anodized aluminum doors
at the
entrance to this hospital
in Long Island, NY were stained, faded and corroded from age. Rain
water
did not rinse off the anodized aluminum on the underside of the metal
clad canopy. Airborne contaminants slowly built up on the underside of
the anodized aluminum canopy forming a corrosive layer.

Condition: The
exterior anodized aluminum metal siding panels,
anodized aluminum window frames and anodized aluminum mullions on
this commercial building
facade were stained,
faded, dull and oxidized. The metal siding was mold and mildew stained
in the areas where the siding was shaded by the trees. The owner was
selling the building and
required that the oxidation, mold and mildew stains be removed and that
the anodized aluminum siding panels be clean.

The Solution: Our
client had tried anodized aluminum power washing and anodized aluminum
steam cleaning. It didn't work.
Removal of the anodized aluminum staining, pollutants and the corrosive
layer required
our specialized services. With our anodized aluminum restoration
cleaning
program the anodized aluminum was repaired removing the corrosive
damage and staining. Now the
bronze anodized aluminum is clean and protected from further
environmental damage.

The Solution: The
damaged and stained anodized aluminum metal siding, window frames and
mullions on this
building facade were cleaned, repaired and refurbished with our
anodized aluminum mold and mildew stain removal program. Using this
program removed the stains and allowed us to apply our anodized
aluminum clear protective
coating to protect the natural anodized aluminum siding color from
caustic and damaging mold, mildew,
pollutants and contaminants.

Condition: The
interior clear anodized aluminum window frames and anodized aluminum
mullions on this new
construction project were damaged and stained during construction. Iron
oxide metal shavings and grinding dust had covered all of the anodized
aluminum window
frames. The metal shavings impregnated the anodized aluminum surface
and started rusting. The rust within the anodized aluminum finish could
not be removed
with traditional anodized aluminum construction cleaning.

Condition: The
exterior clear anodized aluminum doors & frames, anodized aluminum
metal clad column covers and
anodized aluminum storefront window mullions on
this
commercial building in
Winston-Salem, NC were pitted, streaked, stained, corroded and
oxidized. The anodized aluminum finishes had no remedial maintenance
washing since they were new. The owners, G.M.A.C., requested that we
clean, repair and
restore the
degraded
and bleached anodized
aluminum to preserve the anodized finishes.

The Solution: The
G.C. contracted us as anodized aluminum refinishing experts to clean
and recondition the rust damaged
anodized aluminum window frames.
We had to return the anodized aluminum clad window
mullions to
the original
condition without damaging the anodic layer protecting the aluminum
substrate. This was achieved using our anodized aluminum construction
cleaning and rust removal system. The anodized aluminum window frames
are now clean,
repaired and free of damage.

The Solution: To
clean, refurbish and restore the contaminated, corroded and degraded
exterior anodized aluminum we
installed our anodized
aluminum cleaning and restoration refinishing system. With the anodized
aluminum surfaces now clean, the anodized aluminum clear protective
coating will preserve
and protect the anodized aluminum anodic layer from airborne and
waterborne contaminants,
sun and u.v. exposure and all around general weathering.

low-rise building in Houston, TX were stained, corroded, pitting and
oxidized. The anodized aluminum
surface finishes were never washed by rain water and the anodized
aluminum finish had oxidized
prematurely. The building was for sale and the anodized aluminum facade
needed to look new, reconditioned
and clean again. |

this commercial building in Tampa, FL are continually exposed to the
damaging sun, heat, corrosive humidity and u.v. rays. The anodized
aluminum was bleached, stained,
acid etched and oxidized. To maintain the integrity of the anodic
finish ownership requested the anodized aluminum building facade siding
panels
be clean, restored and protected. |

owners requested that we clean and restore the bleached and oxidized

aluminum building facade panels and anodized aluminum storefront window
frames. As oxidized, weathered, dull and aged anodized aluminum
refinishing experts, with our

Condition:
The paint finish on the exterior
painted aluminum
storefront window frames and painted aluminum entrance doors on
this commercial building were dull, aged, faded, stained, discolored
and oxidized.
The original paint color, sheen, luster and paint gloss wore off the
paint finish. The paint surface looked worn, old, chalked and
weathered. Management wanted the painted aluminum window frames and
painted entrance doors to look new again. As well the painted aluminum
had to be protected from the sun, wear and tear, salt, acid rain,
calcium and mineral deposits, u.v. exposure, pollutants, hard water
stains and contaminants.

Condition: The
new clear anodized aluminum factory finish was stained and etched
during the renovation and restoration of this
Washington, DC landmark building. During construction concrete slurry,
mortar and cement
splashed on the anodized aluminum window frames and anodized aluminum
doors. The anodized finish was acid etched, corroded, scratched and
oxidized. The
G.C. requested that we get the concrete, cement and mortar overspray
stains off and get the acid etching out of the anodized surfaces. As
anodized aluminum cleaning and refinishing
experts, our client had
confidence we could recondition, refinish and restore the anodized
aluminum.

The Solution: For
long-term integrity considerations the owner required the painted
aluminum paint finish be clean, restored and protected from further
damage. The
painted aluminum building facade window frames and painted entrance
doors were restoration cleaned, reconditioned and refurbished then
coated with our
painted aluminum clear protective coating to seal the pores of the
paint finish and protect the paint finish from further deterioration
and degradation. The paint is now renewed, refinished and rejuvenated
with the original color depth, sheen and factory applied gloss. The
paint finish is protected from sun damage, corrosion, pitting,
oxidation, weathering, airborne and waterborne contaminants.

The Solution: To
clean, repair, renew and protect the damaged anodized aluminum surfaces
we refurbished the anodized aluminum with our anodized aluminum
restoration cleaning and reconditioning system. We had to repair and
refinish the anodized aluminum without causing any more damage to the
anodized finish. Although
the anodized aluminum building facade window mullions and doors were
seriously damaged, our anodized aluminum
construction cleaning, restoration and rejuvenating program allowed us
to clean, repair, refurbish and
restore the acid etched and oxidized
anodized aluminum to "like new". The anodized aluminum is protected
from further corrosion and pitting.
